Fitness Instructor - Full-Time

The Role / Person CBay Fitness have an awesome opportunity for one energetic and enthusiastic individual to join their high performing team. We need you to bring an x-factor to the way we deliver our fitness service and Les Mills classes to the community!
It goes without saying that you'll be passionate about motivating others to achieve their health and fitness goals. We need individuals with high energy who can command the gym floor and inspire our gym goers.
As an outgoing people person, you will have the ability to build relationships with our customers and understand their varying physical and mental needs.
What we're looking for from you: Hold a First Aid Certificate and recognised qualification in sport, leisure or fitness with knowledge of health, fitness and wellbeing.Bonus points if you have Group Fitness experience.Be an exceptional communicator and thrive on client contact.Have an upbeat personality that engages and supports gym members to overcome barriers.Full-time hours (40 hours per week) are available, made up of gym floor hours, PT sessions and Group Fitness classes. Hours will be on a rolling roster basis, so the ability to work weekends, early starts and late finishes is essential.
