They are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Firmware Engineering Manager to lead their high-performing team based in Christchurch.

You will have six direct reports with an anticipated growth to 11 direct reports by Q2/24. You will be responsible for the delivery of gateway products for the company's energy systems, as well as the growth of your team.

What you bring to the role: Experience in leadership of embedded firmware teams Sound experience in designing and delivering embedded firmware products Experience with software development, requirements gathering, and testing tools The ability to deliver projects on schedule What's in it for you?
