Fire Engineer

The Role You will be responsible for providing design input and verification, influencing stakeholder decisions and providing technical consulting expertise to aid design decisions.
With a performance-based fire design focus, you'll play a pivotal role in fire and smoke modelling, egress analysis, suppression, external fire spread and fire safety management.
With plenty of variety, your projects will focus across high-end commercial, retail and industrial for various sectors.
About You A motivated individual, that is comfortable engaging with external stakeholders and multidisciplined teams.
You'll enjoy meeting with clients, attending design meetings, site observations and eager to contribute to a specialist team.
Additionally you will hold: Experience in FDS, B-risk or other fire computer modelling and egress modelling experience Design experience utilising relevant industry engineering codes Exposure to full project lifecycle of performance-based fire designs A relevant fire engineering qualification (MEFE / Meng ST) The Opportunity With a strong pipeline of complex work, you'll get the opportunity to work on some pioneering projects utilising your creative skillset.
