Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to achieve operational efficiency in service and project delivery.Budget Management: Prepare and manage the division's annual budget, ensuring cost control and profitability. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets with future focused growth.Pricing and Estimating: Develop accurate and competitive project estimates, including labour, materials, and equipment costs. Collaborate with the wider team to create proposals that align with client needs while maintaining profitability. Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to optimise the division's pricing strategy.Customer Satisfaction: Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build technical expertise and ensure high performance.
