We're a fast-growing fire protection company, renowned for our quality fire protection systems, expertly installed to meet New Zealand standards.
We've got so many projects on the go that we need another pair of hands!
Both our projects and service & maintanence division clients are flat out and we've got big plans to make 2024 a great year!
Nowm if you're not looking right now for yourself but have a mate who is we offer a $500 referal fee when we hire the person you refer.

- A boss who will look after you  Your Role Will Include: - Fire Alarm Installations: Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems and equipment, ensuring all work is done safely and to code.
- Troubleshooting: Work with Senior Technicians to identify and solve technical issues with fire alarm systems.
- Quality Control: Support the team in ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards through regular inspections and tests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Technicians, sprinkler fitters, and apprentices to support successful project completion.
- Learning & Development: Gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Safety First: Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with New Zealand standards.
Daily Tasks: - Assist with reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Support Senior Technicians & Management in assigning tasks and providing guidance to other team members.
- Help install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems and equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Communicate with team members to understand and meet project requirements.
- Learn and follow safety procedures to minimize risks.
To Be Considered for This Position: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Some knowledge or experience in electrical/technical work and previous trade or construction experience.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity: Knowledge of New Zealand codes and regulations, including fire alarm standards, is a plus.
- Clean Record: No history of substance abuse and a clean criminal record.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in other Trades such as Security, Electrical or similar experience is a bonus if you have no Fire Protection Experience!
