About the role
As a Financial Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business activities through efficient and accurate finance operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative financial processes and be part of a forward-thinking company that values continuous improvement.In this role you will also:

Facilitate accounts payable data and invoicing to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Process accounts receivable invoices for Corporate and Wholesale.
Manage daily cash operations, including receipting and reconciling supplier queries.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement.

About you
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and a knack for problem-solving. Our ideal candidate will also have:

Financial administration experience in a corporate environment.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Experience with automated procure-to-pay systems is preferred.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on providing high-quality outcomes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
