Responsibilities for Financial Controller: Responsible for maintaining the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and implement their recommendations.
Utilize financial software to access real-time data and generate reports.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational improvement.
Qualifications for Financial Controller: Must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance.
At least 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting within the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools is essential for effectively managing financial data.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
