We are currently searching for a Financial controller: Responsibilities Overseeing all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Managing financial relationships with banks and other lenders. Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Analyzing financial data to identify trends and risks. Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Working closely with other departments, such as accounting, sales, and operations. Requirements 15-20 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or service industry. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional designation (desirable in Mexico). Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or Mexican accounting standards (NIF). Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Experience in the Telecom industry (a significant plus). Experience with financial systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong leadership skills (if managing a team of accountants). Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish.
