This is a newly created role that will see you work closely with the senior leadership team and report to the Chief Financial Officer. This role will see you lead the end-to-end finance function across both New Zealand and Australia but based in Auckland.
We are searching for someone who is going to be able to bring a previously decentralised finance function back under one roof and bring accuracy and rigor to the finance function. You will be innovative and systems savvy and be able to look at how the business can automate processes to drive efficiencies.
The company does incredibly meaningful work, and this is a role with a real purpose, making a difference in society. This is a private equity owned business, and thus we need someone who is commercial and understands how to work at pace and find innovative solutions and build a small team.
The role is a busy and varied one, and we are looking for people who can operate in a high-pace environment with a solution-oriented approach who want the opportunity to do good work. Additionally, you will have high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and high EQ and have the ability to be hands-on.
