Financial Assistant

Tauranga Girls' College's vision is 'empowering learners to make a positive impact' and is a school of 1500 students and over 120 teaching and support staff.
The Financial Assistant will hold responsibility for the smooth running of the accounts payable and receivable functions, along with cash flow management for the College.
Key Attributes: Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience at an intermediate level
Previous school experience (preferred but not essential)
Knowledge of Xero, Hubdoc and ApprovalMax (preferred but not essential)
Effective communication
Ability to work in a team environment
Growth mindset and detail foci

This role is a permanent, full-time (term time only) position and is in Grade 5 of the Support Staff in School Collective Agreement.
This position commences 13 January 2025.
