Financial Analyst

Our client is looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join their team on a 6–12-month fixed-term contract. In this key position, you will analyse financial data, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions during the budgeting and forecasting process. You'll collaborate closely with the Senior Finance Team to drive impactful financial initiatives and ensure optimal performance. Key Responsibilities
Improve the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and promoting financial accountability across the regions.
Work closely with the Senior Finance Team to design and execute plans that drive financial change.
Communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
Deliver value-added financial and management reporting.
Conduct analysis and project work.
Key Attributes:
Proven experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide recommendations to stakeholders.
Ability to drive change and transformation through reforecasting and budgeting.
