At Ando, we're taking a fresh approach to the way insurance works in New Zealand.Since opening our doors in 2015we have achieved strong growth in the New Zealand insurance market and have continued to focus on using new technology to deliver vastly improved customer experiences.We have an exciting brand-newopportunity for acommercially savvy senior finance professional to join our growing Finance team and support the business to deliver our strategic outcomes asFinancial Analysis & Planning Manager.In this key leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health of our company by providing insightful analysis, accurate forecasting, and strategic recommendations.Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you'll be responsible for:Be a key contributor to enhancing our current processes and reporting capabilities through the use of technologyLead the budgeting and forecasting processes, including the management of our complex business model to prepare accurate, timely reports and presentations for senior management, Exec and our BoardConduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, assess risks, identify opportunities and measure performancePartner with business leaders, providing valuable, timely insights to drive informed decisions and improve our business performanceManage a small team of accounting professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.You will be professionally qualified and have a proven experience in developing and managing financial models with strong analytical skills.
