Join my client's team and make a difference!Purpose:Provide Residential Lending financial advice to clients while ensuring full compliance with regulatory obligations.Key Responsibilities:Deliver financial advice using our unique wealth creation model.Record client interactions and manage loan applications via the Infinity CRM system.Collaborate with loan writing and customer service teams.Introduce Property Investment and Insurance Advisers where appropriate.Oversee Fixed Rate and Anniversary reviews.Build and nurture client relationships with a strong focus on duty of care.Develop networks and referral relationships to enhance lead generation.Stay updated with ongoing CPD requirements and industry regulations.Adhere to all company policies, legislation, and health and safety standards.Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Property, or a related field.NZ Certificate Level 5 – Residential Lending (ESSENTIAL)At least two years' experience in residential lending advisoryFor more information, please contact Henry Shaw at Parker Bridge ******
