As a Financial Administrator, you will handle the financial processes behind transactions, helping to manage and streamline payments.
Duties and responsibilities: Manage the purchasing process, ensuring payments are accurate and processed on timeGather, reconcile, and analyse payment data for agricultural transactionsAdminister NAIT data, resolving any discrepancies promptlyBuild and maintain datasets to ensure payment information is always accurate and up-to-dateConduct thorough data analysis and create reports that support the payment processCommunicate timely and consistent updates to stakeholdersRecommend and implement tech-driven improvements to boost accuracy, efficiency, and communication in payment workflowsAbout You | Moku ake
You are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and come from an agricultural, food processing horticulture or a similar industry. We're looking for someone who's keen to jump into a fast-paced environment, contribute to a growing industry, and make their mark.
