We are seeking a Financial Administrator to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract while the substantive role holder is on secondment.
This is your opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of Ngai Tahu Holdings and support our mission to grow and protect the tribal putea for Ngai Tahu Whanui, "Mo tatou, a, mo ka uri a muri ake nei" (for us and our children after us).
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with:
2 - 3 years' experience as an accounts clerk or financial administrator.Familiarity with large financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).Expertise in accounts payable and receivable, supplier payments, and invoicing.Strong customer focus, professionalism, and collaboration skills.A commitment to Ngai Tahu values, tikanga, and te reo Maori.Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices and payments.Support cash flow management, intercompany charges, and foreign payments.Assist with GST/WHT returns and P-Card transactions.Ensure compliance with accounting policies.Ngai Tahu Holdings is the commercial investment arm of Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu, with interests in property, farming, seafood, tourism, and more.
