Financial Accountant - Les Mills National Office

This is an exciting finance opportunity at New Zealand's home of fitness, Les Mills.

We are looking for a passionate professional to join us in our National Office as our next Financial Accountant.
If you have the desire and experience to work for an epic Kiwi brand, are ready to take ownership of the key revenue processes including proactive improvements and can 'do the doing', then this is the role for you.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be working with a team whose aim is to deliver a premium fitness experience to our members and clubs around the country.
Your prime responsibility will be partnering with the business to provide financial accounting support including advice & analysis. With a focus on optimizing daily billing and revenue processes, you'll work hand in hand with our IT team to implement proactive improvements that propel us to new heights.
We're looking for an outstanding Financial Accountant with: A minimum of 4+ years' experience building towards this position
A relevant Accounting qualification (minimum Finance Degree, preferably part or fully qualified C.A.)
Experience in financial accounting, business processes and business systems.
Highly proficient user of Microsoft Excel
Ability to think across the whole system with a passion for excellence
A curiosity for solving problems with proven experience identifying, developing, and executing improvements to system and process deficiencies
Highly analytical, numerate plus attention to detail
