Financial Accountant

This organisation, based in central Auckland, is a well-known, successful property investment company.
They are seeking an experienced and versatile Financial Accountant to be part of their close-knit team.About the role:This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the CFO and Senior Management.
Please note: due to the nature of the business, this is an office-based role.
You will be responsible for day-to-day transactional accounting tasks, bank reconciliations, cashflow, budgeting forecasting, modelling, managing financial aspects related to tenants and projects, month-end, year-end, payroll, preparing annual reports, and providing strategic input to optimise growth and ensure the company adheres to compliance and statutory regulations.About you:Previous 4-5 years' experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysisCA or CPA qualificationExperience within the property/construction sector - an advantageStrong verbal and written communication skillsResilient, creative problem solverProficient in Excel and experienced in financial modellingIn return, the company offers:Competitive salarySupportive team cultureCareer progressionCar parkLong-term stable employmentIf you're ready to contribute your expertise to a dynamic team and drive strategic financial initiatives, we invite you to APPLY.
