Responsible for the accounting, administration and information systems of the organisation you will play a significant role in supporting the decision-making processes. Preparing the monthly financial statements you will seek to unlock value added opportunities throughout the company. Remuneration will reflect the size of the role and your experience.
Reporting to the General Manager, the key responsibilities include:
Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
Analytical review of financial statements.
Completion of other regulatory reports and returns
Ad hoc project work
To be considered, you will possess the following:
Have solid accounting background
Strong analytical skills - able to see the "big picture" but also roll up their sleeves in the detail if required
Be self-motivated and able to take the initiative
Good communicator – ability to form strong relationships with a wide variety of people
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
