Financial Accountant

Full time, permanent position (37.5hrs/wk) Laptop, on-site carpark, paid birthday off, continuous development $35-$42 per hour starting rate depending on experience Full time, permanent position (37.5hrs/wk) Laptop, on-site carpark, paid birthday off, continuous development ABOUT THE ROLE: Your role will be to assist the Senior Accountants and Team Leaders with accounting services for a range of clients. You must have worked in a Chartered Accountant environment, however you do NOT need to be CA qualified. This full time, permanent role involves: Collaborating across a range of clients Prepare interim and end of year financial statements for review Prepare tax and other compliance returns (e.g. GST & Payroll returns) Assist with preparation of cashflow forecasts, letters and Business Plans Prepare letters, correspondence, reports and other documents as required BENEFITS: $35-$42 per hour starting rate depending on experience Company laptop (ability to work from anywhere), on-site car parking Paid birthday off Friendly team with continuous development SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:  Previous experience working in a Chartered Accountant firm  Public Practice experience Proven experience with Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks Proven experience with Microsoft Applications ABOUT US:  Established in 1994, ABLE Personnel is a proudly Hawkes Bay owned and operated recruitment agency providing a wide range of services to business.
