Financial Accountant

This organisation, based in central Auckland, is a well-known, successful property investment company. They are seeking an experienced and versatile Financial Accountant to be part of their close-knit team.
About the role: This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the CFO and Senior Management. Please note: due to the nature of the business, this is an office-based role. You will be responsible for day-to-day transactional accounting tasks, bank reconciliations, cashflow, budgeting forecasting, modelling, managing financial aspects related to tenants and projects, month-end, year-end, payroll, preparing annual reports, and providing strategic input to optimise growth while ensuring the company adheres to compliance and statutory regulations.
