Financial Accountant

Position Summary  We are seeking a diligent accounting specialist with business knowledge to join our team.  Key Responsibilities  Prepare process for GST, Year-end Financials, financial planning, budgeting, cash flow and forecasting. Liaise with tax authorities and manage all audits, inquiries, and disputes under the director. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information. Prepare annual financial statements accurately and in compliance with accounting standards. Provide comprehensive business advice, both financial and non-financials to help clients improve their operations and achieve their business goals. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting processes and financial reporting. Prepare Business Plans and loan Proposals for clients as and when required. Liaise and communicate with service providers. Managing the day-to-day operational needs of the firm.  Required Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance Management, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting Business Management or related field. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Desired Skills  Excellent business acumen analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Team player with the ability to work independently.
