You will be supporting a portfolio of business ideal for someone maybe looking to move out of practice or a BAS role. Working within the financial reporting team, this role focuses on providing effective services in financial and management accounting.
Specific duties and responsibilities will include: Preparation of monthly financial management accountsProducing and analysing year-end financial accountsManaging and maintaining fixed asset registersPreparation and delivery of forecasts So who are you, and what is your profile? We are looking for someone who can start at short notice, ideally immediately.You must be a qualified Chartered Accountant, with three to 5 years of experience in financial and management accounting.Current knowledge of NZ accounting and tax legislationExperience in financial system change and/or implementation would be advantageous.Ideally suited to someone relatively fresh out of practice - maybe a recent returner from abroad.
