Quality is our passion. We are looking for a outstanding and responsible financial accountant/bookkeeper to join us. This is a permanent full-time position. You will be required to work at least 30 hours per week. The hourly pay rate is NZD33-35 based on your qualification and experience. Main tasks and responsibilities Bookkeeping - Using Xero accounting software and other computerized system to do bookkeeping and maintain and balance accounts across the business Overseeing payable and receivable process of accounts Prepare and produce payrolls and financial reports. Preparing invoices, purchase orders and bank deposits reconciling accounts against monthly bank statements Verifying recorded transactions and reporting irregularities to management May be required to prepare forms reporting business tax entitlements and obligations such as the amount of goods and services tax paid and collected Complete ad hoc projects as needed Requirements Accounting related bachelor or above qualification awarded by New Zealand, Australia, UK or any other English speaking country with similar accounting system. At least five years of relevant work experience if the qualification requirement is not met.
