Staff are encouraged and supported to set their ambitions high and to balance their career alongside family, recreational and personal aspirations.What You'll DoComplete month-end close processes and prepare management reports with insights on financial performance.Lead and manage system integrations, ensuring financial data accuracy and seamless process alignment.Support cashflow monitoring, forecasting, and contribute to budgeting processes.Oversee debtor management, payroll processing, GST returns whilst ensuring compliance and accuracy.Drive process improvement through automation and system optimisation, reducing manual efforts.Develop and implement enhancements to analytical tools and reporting frameworks.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing coaching and support to team members.What You'll BringA bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.2-3 years' experience in financial accounting or a similar role.A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.Strong passion for financial systems (e.g., ERP software), data management and analytical tools (e.g.
