Our Finance team are on the lookout for a switched on individual to jump into the Accounts Payable space and hit the ground running. We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, whilst delivering excellent customer service, whether it be internal or external customers.
Day-to-day the role will involve:
End to end accounts payable processing including entering creditor invoices, remittance processing and creditor set up.Assist staff with electronic purchase order support as required.Month end reporting and reconciliations.Prepare and post financial journals as required.Fixed asset register maintenance.Dealing with accounting and creditor queries in a timely manner.Actively seeking ways to improve routine processes with a view to increase overall efficiency and quality.About you: We are looking for a reliable team player with the desire to learn and develop their knowledge in accounting and finance. Attention to detail, accuracy of work and the ability to plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, is a must in this role.
