This position requires a strategic thinker and total team player with a strong understanding of financial management principles and hands-on experience leading a high performing group of Finance specialists. Our Finance Manager will ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide insightful financial analysis to drive informed business decisions. It's a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and supporting strategic decision-making processes. You will be supported by our Finance Director and a small but strong team of Finance professionals.About youYou'll be a Chartered Accountant with at least three years' experience in a Finance leadership role. Experience in the health insurance industry isn't necessary.What you'll bring:Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirementsProven experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and auditingExperience in managing month-end and year-end close processes including consolidationProficiency in accounting software and Finance systemsExcellent analytical, problem-solving skills, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsPersonal attributesA values-based leader with a high level of integrity and authenticity – always putting the team firstThe ability and hunger to learn, orientate to action, delivery and lifting performanceProactive and results-driven with a continuous improvement bentDetail-oriented with a strong analytical mindsetStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads.Does this sound like you?
