Finance Manager

Our client is an innovative start up tech company dedicated to revolutionising shared transportation in urban centers. They are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager proficient in English and Mandarin to join their team. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in providing financial support to the business operations team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and optimising financial processes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide financial support to the business operations team, including independently reviewing contract terms, and ensuring accurate monthly settlements with suppliers and customers.Responsible for initiating and implementing financial systems.Oversee the recording and review of operating assets, cost of sales, revenue cycle, etc., to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.Prepare and submit local taxation declarations accurately and promptly, adhering to local tax regulations.Manage file organisation, including accounting documents, supplier contracts, tax declaration materials, etc.Facilitate clear and timely communication with other departments and HQ to ensure smooth workflow.Undertake additional tasks as assigned by HQ.Requirements: CA/CPA Qualification.Minimum 4 years of Accounting or Auditing experienceIndustry experience from Technology/Manufacturing/Commercial trade enterprises.Big 4 experience (desirable)Strong knowledge of Accounting practices and International finance.Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and oral communication skills.Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong team player with self-motivation, quick learning ability, and the capacity to work under pressure independently.For further details contact Henry Shaw at Parker Bridge or alternatively send your CV to******
