Finance Manager

Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing financial operations and preparing accurate financial reports
- Developing and managing budgets, financial forecasts and strategies to ensure all the projects of the business are managed within the budget and profitable
- Undertaking financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities for the business
- Ensuring compliance with the company's internal financial policy and local legislation and regulations
- Managing the accounting system of the business including the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Providing expert tax advice to team members, managers, CFO and the directors of the group
- Communication with the other teams to provide financial information, assistance and training
Requirements
- at least three years' financial management relevant experience, and relevant work experience in construction projects is preferred
- a relevant bachelor's degree or a higher qualification in finance or accounting
- familiar with Microsoft office, ERP, Kingdee and Yonyou financial apps.
- Our parent company is a publicly listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. It is required to prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with Chinese Accounting Standards and relevant regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the stock exchange, and disclose relevant information for each accounting period. The financial statements of Jinggong New Zealand are also included in the scope of the consolidated financial statements of the parent company. Therefore, the suitable candidate will need to possess knowledge of Chinese Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and relevant business regulations and legislations as well.
- Can work under pressure to meet deadlines and travel between China and New Zealand whenever necessary
