What you'll need to bring to the team Firstly, the right attitude, enthusiasm, energy and a proven ability to govern the numbers and all things financial.
You'll have recognised experience in a financial, accounting or commercial environment.
Be able to provide financial insight to our current operations, support us in strategic planning and financial forecasting, oversee compliance and lead the administration of the day-to-day needs of the agency.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial operations of IDEATION and its subsidiaries.
Develop and implement financial strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Prepare and analyse financial statements, forecasts, and reports.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax, legal, and financial regulations.
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage financial risks, monitor KPIs, and enhance financial performance.
Prepare and manage payroll, accounts receivable, and payable functions.
Liaise with banks, and other financial institutions.
Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred).
Proven experience as a Financial Manager, preferably within an agency or multi-subsidiary environment.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and efficiency.
