Key Responsibilities: As the Finance Manager, you'll take on a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Drive financial planning by preparing forecasts and budgets aligned with our growth strategy.
Analyze market trends and KPI's to provide insights that support business decisions.
Provide clear, concise financial reports to the board, contributing to high-level strategy discussions.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational efficiency.
Oversee a small finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and liaise with external parties as needed.
Lead the preparation and coordination of audits.
Oversee key operational areas, including HR functions, health and safety, and IT.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
CA qualification or similar, or you may be qualified by experience.
Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
Advanced Excel knowledge, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
A good sense of humour!
The ability to work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and across other areas of the business.
