They are looking for a part time Finance Manager to join the leadership team, oversee financial processes and office co-ordination; complete financial reporting and assist external accountants with annual reports and auditing requirements. You'll support the Managing Director to:Assist on financial growth strategies, compliance, and process improvementMonth end reports, accruals, and journalsCashflow managementSales reporting and analysisLiaise with external auditorsSoftware/application change management and implementationOversee IRD obligations (GST, PAYE, FBT)Manage one direct report: Accounts and Office CoordinatorLiaise with external HR and communicate start/exit processes with the wider teamTo be successful you must have:Proven senior accounting/finance management experience (5+ years)Advanced MS Office (particularly Excel)Experience with complex ERP systemsExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to detailTeam leadershipRelevant Finance or Accounting degreeYou'll be comfortable using inventory management software, working both at a senior and operational level, providing back up to the one direct report including payroll.
