Finance & Insurance Adminstrator

Avon City Ford is an award-winning Ford Dealership. We have been on our prominent 5-acre site at the Sockburn roundabout since the 1960's here in Christchurch. It is a big operation, made up of Sales, Parts, Service, Paint & Panel, Training, and Grooming. All up, we have over 100 team members. We are predominantly a Ford franchise but we sell and repair any make and model of passenger and light commercial vehicles.We are looking for a finance and insurance administrator. Due to growth, this is a newly created role to provide support to our business manager.Monday to Friday role with every second Saturday.Work for an award-winning employer.Large modern facilities.Ongoing training provided through brand financial services.Established leadership and mentoring for ongoing development.To succeed in this role you will need the right experience paired with a passion for customers and sales, as well as:Exceptional customer service and people skills.The ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers and our team.Experience in an area of finance, insurance or similar with the ability to adapt, lead and drive into the future.Strong computer and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.A positive and performance-driven attitude, thriving on overachieving goals and targets.Be self-motivated with loads of energy and enthusiasm.Be able to follow management instructions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of and compliance with all relevant legal and company policies and procedures.If you have the right experience, desire to grow and are driven to succeed, then we want to hear from you!
