Finance & Insurance Administrator

Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding administrative support to the Business Manager and team Assist customers with finance and insurance processes, ensuring a positive experience Maintain effective communication with customers, team members, and external partners Multitask seamlessly in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with confidence Use a variety of computer programs and dealership systems with ease Who We're Looking For You'll succeed in this role if you bring: Finance, banking, or insurance experience (preferred but not essential) Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent time management and multitasking skills, especially under pressure Clear and friendly communication via phone, email, and in person Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the adaptability to pick up new systems Availability for an 11-day fortnight with one Saturday shift every two weeks.
