We have a loyal and committed core set of providers with a strong 'Team work' orientation.We require an experienced Finance / Human Resources Clerk to join our Corporate Services Team in Orewa.This is a full time opportunity working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. An immediate start is available.Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to; HR and compliance administration, accounts payable and receivable processing, overdue debt collection and account reconciliations, and general office and support duties.Our successful candidate will demonstrate:3+ years experience in accounts within a busy office environmentAn accounting qualification is favourable but not essentialExcellent Excel skills, with skills in relation to analysis and automation technologies being favouredExperience with Xero or a similar AR and AP systemProfessional written and verbal communication skillsWorks well in a team environmentGreat attention to detail and numerically strongPayroll processing experience with staff on hourly wage rates would be desirableA competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate aligned with the skills and experience you bring to the team.APPLY NOW with an up to date CV and covering letter.
