Your roleCorpay is currently looking to hire an ANZ Finance Director within our Global Accounting & Finance division.
This position falls under our International Fleet – Vehicle Payments line of business and can be based in either Auckland, NZ or Melbourne, AU.
In this role, you will manage the full finance function across Australasia with a focus on transforming the function including the team, systems, processes and control environment.
You will report directly to the IVP CFO and regularly collaborate with all areas of the business including commercial, product, and credit alongside the ANZ finance team.How We WorkAs the ANZ Finance Director, you will be expected to work in a hybrid office environment.

This will require you to provide support and recommendations to senior leadership regarding the position, performance, sustainability and management of the organization's financial resources.
You'll be a strategic and commercial partner to the ANZ Managing Director, and lead a small, motivated finance team, overseeing day-to-day financial operations.
Your role will also involve producing key financial documents such as P&L, balance sheets, and cashflow statements.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will identify operational and process improvements across the client services function, manage cash flow to meet business requirements, and assist with budget preparation.As an experienced people leader with proven relational and EQ skills, the ideal candidate for this role will be someone with significant relevant experience in similar sized organisations.
Beyond this, you will ideally be able to:Think and act strategically, anticipate future trends accurately, communicate and engage broadly with others, and motivate your team to champion the organisation's vision, mission, values and Strategic Framework.Translate complex financial information into a simple form for those less focused on financial outcomes.Build and maintain a positive and inclusive performance culture ensuring continuous improvement across every aspect of the organisation, especially the finance function.Plan, prioritise, and organise work to achieve strategic and operational objectives for the organisation and the finance function.Lead collaboratively, administer, and mitigate risks associated with the financial activities of the organisation.Qualifications & SkillsWe are seeking a strategic thinker and collaborative relationship builder who can use their business acumen to help influence business decisions.
You will require a broad grounding in finance and accounting, complemented with advanced stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Proven management experience is essential, along with attention to detail and accuracy, great communication and relationship-building skills.
We are looking for someone who will passionately lead and manage the finance team and develop improvements in client services and processes.
