Position: Senior Finance Business Partner As the primary commercial lead and a key member of the senior leadership team, this dynamic role, reporting to the General Manager, offers a unique chance to participate in influencing the company's strategy for success. You'll navigate a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic financial oversight with hands-on execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering insightful financial modelling for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.Managing three direct reports.Preparing monthly P&L and balance sheets.Contributing to key projects and providing commercial advice to the senior leadership team.Collaborating with internal and external partners to identify risks and seize opportunities.To thrive in this role, you will ideally have experience within the Travel industry, though this is not essential. You should be a CA/CPA member (or equivalent) with good commercial experience at a senior level. Your expertise will cover all financial and accounting disciplines, including cashflow management, financial modelling, management accounting, process improvement, proficiency in ERP systems, and statutory compliance. Your strong commercial acumen and advanced Excel skills will be essential to providing valuable insights, creating impactful financial models, and supporting decision making.
