This exposure will develop your stakeholder skills, your use of systems to develop reporting, and continue to strengthen your analytical disposition.This role would suit a CA/CPA qualified accountant with Management Accounting experience who is looking to contribute more to the success of the business at a commercial level, and develop their stakeholder experience.The CompanyA nationally established business with an international presence which is seeing continued growth in new markets.The RoleProviding reporting and analysis to stakeholders which informs decision makingMaintaining existing, and building new, relationships across the business to ensure successful business outcomes are achievedContributing to the yearly budget and periodic forecast processesWorking with stakeholders on business cases and reviewing the output for senior managementManaging the monthly accounting processes for multiple business unitsUsing a continuous improvement mindset to ensure business processes and systems are producing optimal resultsYour ProfileQualified CA with 2-3 years' commercial experience post CAStrong Excel skills, with exposure to a large ERP system essentialAn analytical and problem-solving mindsetExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to get the best out of both finance and non-finance stakeholdersSelf-motivated, outcome driven work ethic with exceptional time managementHold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand
