Finance Assistant

We are looking for a Finance Assistant that can hit the ground running. This role is based in our Feilding clinic working with our well-established finance team to ensure the smooth operation of our finance and payroll functions. As the Finance Assistant, you will play a key role within our finance team. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Accounts Receivable/Payable functions. Assisting with month end duties. Daily receipting and processing of bank deposits. Manage accruals and pre-payments. Process client and supplier rebates. Support Payroll – IMS payroll. Various finance duties as required. The role will ideally suit an individual with 3-5 years' experience who enjoys a high level of responsibility, is a team player and has the following qualities: Skilled in using Excel. Good reconciliation skills. Accounts Receivable/Payable experience. Payroll experience. High attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organised, ability to prioritise. A good knowledge of and experience using enterprise finance systems. Sound problem solving with a drive to get to the heart of the problem.
