About the Role
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance administration or accounting support. Working closely with the team, the Finance Officer will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, from maintaining accurate financial records to assisting with payroll, invoicing and various finance administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Processing accounts payable and receivable.
Managing payroll and ensuring compliance with tax and employment regulations.
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports.
Reconciling bank accounts and maintaining accurate records.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and projects as required.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a finance or accounting administration role is essential, and familiarity with Xero or other accounting software is a bonus.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in finance administration or as a finance officer.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing priorities.
Knowledge of accounting processes and systems.
