Full time role based in Wanganui or Hamilton Join the team at Wight Aluminium Wight Aluminium is one of New Zealand's largest facade contractors, delivering commercial and residential aluminium joinery solutions to clients throughout the North Island. We have been in business for over 50 years and are a family owned business where people matter.We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team in Wanganui or Hamilton.The Administrators position offers administrative support together with the rest of administration team to the operations, sales & design teams. This position has a strong leadership focus to ensure the delivery of excellent frontline service to both Wight Aluminium staff and customers.Responsibilities will include:Managing the accounts payable process from invoice authorisation through to invoice payment using Continia & Business Central.Monthly subcontractor payment claimsCustomer debtor invoicing (Excluding Progress Claims)Company Visa Card ManagementBooking travel and accommodation for employees.Managing vehicle servicing, RUC, WOF, registrations, etc.Managing company employee fuel cards.General reception and office skillsWe're looking for someone with a strong accounts payable background with previous experience using automated accounts payable systems. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience would be an advantage.
