Job SummaryDuties :Weekly payroll for approximately 20+ employeesProcessing of creditors invoices.Management and processing of Purchase Orders for goods and services.Entry of creditors invoices into MYOB EXO.Sand sales coordination with collection trucks and operational loading.Sand sales entry into MYOB EXO.Posting of local sand sales invoices and statements.Local debtors invoice entry into MYOB EXO.Stationery management and ordering.Ordering of cleaning products.Monthly diesel analysis reporting.Monthly HR hours reports.Application of internal control procedures as per the Imerys Blue Book.Prepare EHS and HR statistical reports.End of month reports - Wages and Finance.Audit reports as requested by the Finance Manager.Ad-hoc reports as requested by the Operations Manager or Finance Manager.Work to instructions at all times to ensure the process runs continuously and efficiently without compromise to Health & Safety.Reception services include greeting of visitors and coordination of incoming calls.Requirements :1-3 years of experience in financial accounts processing will be an advantage.Ideally experience with MYOB Advanced (or similar) and MS Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook).Meticulous and thorough.Strong communication and interpersonal skills - positive, bright, and friendly.Reliable and committed to the team.Proficient in English.We are open to homemakers and fresh candidates with minimal experience but with the right attitude as training will be provided.Applicants for this position must be currently residing in NZ or be legally entitled to work in NZ.Position TypeFull timeFixed Term (Fixed Term)#J-18808-Ljbffr
