Finance Administrator (Property Management)Build a career within property managementAuckland CBD locationThe CBRE Auckland are looking for a full-time (40 hours) financial administrator to join the property management team.The OpportunityProvide administrative support to the Director and one of the Property Managers, as well as the broader team, covering multiple commercial assets across Auckland.Finance support related duties; processing invoices, expense and debtor management, accounts receivable/payable, accruals/arrears.Maintain close liaison with the owner, occupiers and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements.General office and administrative duties as required to ensure the daily operations and best interests of the wider team are met.Assist with opex wash ups and budgeting.Maintenance of the property database.About youExcellent organisation and finance related administrative skills with the ability to manage workflow, priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships.Intermediate or above level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.Flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.High level of accuracy, analytical/numerical ability, and attention to detail.What's in it for you?Our people benefit from a range of educational, financial, lifestyle, health and wellbeing benefits and programs, corporate partnerships/discounts, and paid volunteer days.Who we are:CBRE is a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments.
