The Role (Motueka based) This role will suit somebody with a 'can do' attitude who is willing to pitch in where required.
The role is varied and fast paced and is suited to a mature and experienced accounts and admin person.
You must be self-motivated, have good initiative and enjoy working in a focused team environment.
You will demonstrate focus, energy and drive with strong communication skills.
You will bring a positive team spirit and easily build strong working relationships across the organisation.
Core Responsibilities Accounts Payable and Receivable processing.Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and month end processes.General administration tasks including reporting and analysis.Answering phone calls and communicating with suppliers and customersAssisting with company documentation and processes.Assisting with Health & Safety administration.Assisting with Sustainability administrationAssisting with organising events.
