About the Role - Finance Accounts Clerk (Kaiawhina)
The position entails overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions and providing support for the organisation's financial and operational tasks. We are looking for someone who has high integrity, an eye for detail, excellence, strong organisational abilities, and a structured approach to meet financial rhythm deadlines.

Position details
Permanent, Full time, 40 hours per weekStarting from $27.00 per hour (depending of qualifications and experience, aligned with pay equity)Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm A day in the role
Assisting in financial month-end procedures, reporting, and journal entries, while ensuring accurate capture of monthly accruals when necessaryRegularly monitoring both bank balances and credit card balancesReconciling creditor and cash payments in Xero and coding other incomeMeet all deadlines of the daily/weekly/monthly, and annual finance functionsAssist in preparing information required for the Annual AuditSupport with payroll dutiesWe are seeking a Financial Accounts Clerk who
Strong Excel skills and good general IT skillsStrong administration skills with an eye for detailStrong understanding of Xero Accounting softwareBookkeeping or Finance Administration experienceVery organised and structured Benefits
