This role would suit an existing Finance Manager / Financial Controller looking for more work / life balance.
You'd still own the full spectrum of financial responsibilities and initially have the Finance & Company Administration Manager to show you the ropes until they transition to retirement sometime in 2025.About the role:We need a talented financially savvy person to join our small but mighty team!
Given the size and nature of the business, this newly created role will be varied and flexible and covers the full spectrum of financial responsibilities, from processing the accounts to financial reporting.
You'll be a key business resource and play a critical role in the financial success of our organisation by providing accurate and efficient commercial and financial control which drives business performance, ensuring budgets are monitored, and identifying further opportunities for growth.Your first project will be to complete the onboarding of the new Acumatica (MYOB Advanced) accounting system.You'll have:At least 5 years in a commercial business environment with a strong financial background.Strong commercial awareness; financial control, knowledge of statutory obligations and payroll, accounts payable and receivable processing, financial reporting, and asset management.Proficiency with relevant software e.g.
