You must be fully available for the 12 weeks of training.Mo te tunga | About the roleFile Management Support Officers (FMSO's) are part of File Management, Transcription Services (FM&T) and are part of a nationally centralised group which supports a number of key elements within the case management process, our frontline staff and also provides key services to victims.This is a challenging, interesting, and very important role where you would be recording data, establishing details, and efficiently managing information in real time.
