Job Description:
Prepare beverages following Accor and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts recipes and guidelines for preparation
Interact with guests in a way that makes them feel special
Provide proper and friendly service when in contact with all guests
Comply with liquor laws
Maintain accountability, both personal and financial
Qualifications:
Must have previous experience tending bar in a luxury environment
Must have previous experience tending bar in a high volume environment
Successful completion of bar tending position training program
