We are expanding our team in our Auckland Office and are looking for capable people who can engage in a variety of fieldwork across the country to come and join us.
In this role you will:
Be working on various sites across the country undertaking seismic surveys and collecting geophysical data.
Work on data entry, geophysical processing and reporting in our Penrose office.
Liaise with clients on fieldwork and data outputs from projects.
Undertake tool calibration and maintain maintenance schedules on testing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment (soldering skills desirable).
You will need the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
To be successful for this role you'll need:
Keen interest in civil, geological, and geophysical engineering (prior experience working in the geology, geotechnical or construction industry desirable).
NZ residency or valid NZ work visa & clean full NZ driver's license
Practical and problem-solving skills with electronic equipment
To be proficient with Microsoft Office and attention to detail with numerical datasets
A strong health and safety awareness
Able to travel across NZ during the working week & capable to work outdoors
