NES Central Ltd has worked on a variety of projects providing reticulation solutions in the Otago, Central Otago, and Queenstown Lakes District regions for over 20 years.We are looking for a Field Supervisor, to be based in Cromwell, with previous electricity network experience, who can manage field staff in work involving the installation of electrical reticulation for subdivisions, supply capacity upgrades and new supplies on the local network.The role will involve:Managing the field staff, ensuring they have the required skills, resources (people, plant, materials) and support, to deliver work in the field, to ensure projects are delivered on-time and in-budget.Be the technical support/point of contact for the field staff and project managers.Working closely with other NES staff, network owners, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure the best outcome.Assist with project scoping, design and estimating.Delivering all above with Health, Safety Environment & Quality first, and front of mind.The ideal candidate will need to:Be a competent line mechanic with experience working on LV, 11, 22, 33 kV. (Glove and Barrier an advantage).Current EWRB registration and practicing licence.Full Class 2 Drivers Licence.
