Field Service Technician - Material Handling Mechanic Who are LDX?

We need to add to our busy Service Team with experienced Service Technicians.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically minded person who is enthusiastic, reliable and preferably trade certified.

Responsibilities include:
Be a 'get your hands dirty' kind of person who is comfortable working in a mechanical setting
Have some experience with electric, LPG and diesel forklifts or come from an auto electric or maintenance fitting background
Work in a varied and sometimes challenging work environment
Have excellent communication skills and a high appreciation of the health and safety aspects of the job
Diagnose and trouble shoot software and hardware issues
Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forklifts
Order Spare Parts through the Parts Portal
Liaise face to face with customers
You will need to:

Have a strong work ethic and love anything mechanical
Be self-motivated with a can-do attitude
Be able to work autonomously
Forklift License & Driver's License
At least 5 years' experience in Forklift repairs
Computer skills in Microsoft Office packages – Word, Teams & Outlook
Great communication and customer service skills
